Brief
Shop Apotheke needed a clear, accessible explainer video to communicate Germany's new E-Rezept (electronic prescription) system to their customers. The challenge: translate a complex regulatory process into a simple, friendly animation that works for users of all ages.
The animation uses a clean character-driven approach with step-by-step storytelling to guide viewers through the digital prescription workflow in under 90 seconds.
