Brief
Suplemento Studio brought me on to develop the motion layer for Hometracker, a Mexican proptech platform built to fix the broken experience of searching for a home. The deliverable: original characters, social media animations, and GIFs to communicate the product's personality and value proposition across digital channels. The brand needed motion assets that felt approachable and human fitting for a product solving a process that's historically stressful and impersonal.

01 Process
Discovery
Suplemento provided the brand identity and product context. Understanding what Hometracker was solving a fragmented, frustrating real estate search experience was key to grounding the character design and animation in something relatable to the target user.
Concept
The characters were designed to represent the human side of the product: real people navigating the process of finding a home. The social animations and GIFs extended that visual language into everyday digital touchpoints content that could communicate the brand's personality quickly and consistently.
Delivery
Character designs, social media animations, and GIFs delivered for use across Hometracker's digital channels.
02 Key Creative Decision
I built the characters around recognizable life situations rather than generic brand mascots.
For a proptech product, the temptation is to lead with the technology, but Hometracker's whole point is that it puts the person first.
Characters grounded in real home-search moments made that positioning tangible in motion.
